Luxury High End 3 Bedroom House

The existing 2 bedroom house underwent a remarkable transformation through a comprehensive architectural house extension and refurbishment project. Boasting captivating architectural features on its main facade, such as incised stucco render at the ground floor complemented by stock brickwork above, along with a distinctive valley or butterfly roof, the property exudes architectural charm. Furthermore, the large timber sash windows add to its architectural character, featuring an arched soldier course in contrasting red brick.

House Extension

The primary objective of this architectural house extension and refurbishment project was to enhance the property by removing recent rear additions and introducing a stylish rear extension topped with a terrace. Moreover, the interior underwent a complete refurbishment to revitalize the living space. With meticulous attention to architectural design, the ground floor was skillfully redesigned to embrace an open plan concept, eliminating all internal walls and creating a seamless flow. One remarkable architectural feature planned was a 25-meter continuous limestone bench that would stretch from the reception area through the living, kitchen, and dining rooms, extending gracefully into the garden to offer a bespoke barbecue and seating area.

Architectural Design

In a meticulous architectural process, the original staircase was carefully replaced with a new design crafted from oak and stained with a dark matt oil finish.
